From one Jumeirah office to five emirates.
Codi Estates began in 2009 with two brokers, a small office off Jumeirah Beach Road and a conviction that the UAE property market needed advisers rather than salespeople. Seventeen years on we represent owners, investors and occupiers across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman and Ras Al Khaimah.
We remain deliberately mid-sized. Every listing is inspected in person, every valuation is signed by a named consultant, and every client works with one point of contact from first viewing to handover.

To make UAE property decisions clear. We publish what we know about a building — service charges, chiller costs, developer record — before a client asks.
